We need you to:
- Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze, design, develop complex web applications and prototypes.
- Work with application architect and development team to understand the business requirements and functional specifications.
- Produce and update application documentation
- Meet assigned or agreed upon deadlines and provide regular status reports on work assignments
- Communicate effectively with the local and remote team members
- Monitor technological advancements and recommend technology for use in the development environment
- Mentor other teammates on web application design and development

We require:
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years industry experience developing web applications
- Experience in ColdFusion development or equivalent web development technologies ASP, .Net , J2EE, Java/JSP, PHP
- Minimum 3 years DHTML/JavaScript/Ajax/CSS development. - Experience with RIA technologies considered an asset (Adobe Flex, Microsoft Silverlight).
- Experience with object oriented analysis/design (UML preferred).
- Experience with object oriented development (C++ /C# or Java)
- Strong knowledge of relational database design and development. Expert SQL skills are mandatory (Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server T-SQL)
- Ability to motivate, inspire and grow team members
