Web Developer (2 positions)

We require:
• Interest/experience in building and deploying web applications
• Ability to understand complex technical information
• Strong knowledge of web client technologies (JavaScript/Ajax/JQuery, CSS, XML, XSLT, XHTML) and web standards
• Any experience with web platforms like J2EE, Java/JSP, ASP.Net, PHP, Coldfusion, Ruby, Python is a big plus
• Experience with at least one Database Management System (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience with object oriented development
• B.S degree in Computer Sciences or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of Web 2.0 concepts and applications is considered a big plus (blogging, tagging, folksonomies, social bookmarking, wiki, etc.)
• Enthusiasm for software development, creativity, desire to innovate
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
• Well organized, highly analytical, self motivated
• Good team player, open minded, efficient, with good communication skills & great eye for detail
 
We need you to:
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze, design, develop complex web applications and prototypes.
• Work with application architect and development team to understand the business requirements and functional specifications.
• Do development, testing, implementation and maintenance.
• Produce and update application documentation
• Meet assigned or agreed upon deadlines and provide regular status reports on work assignments
• Communicate effectively with the local and remote team members
• Monitor technological advancements and recommend technology for use in the development environment
• Mentor other teammates on web application design and development

Junior Web Developer (2 positions)

We require:
• Computer Science Graduate or student
• Interest in building and deploying web applications
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for figuring out how different software components work together
• Able to easily work with abstract and highly technical concepts
• Ability to project management and handle different tasks simultaneously
• Able to concentrate on intricate projects and small details for long periods of time
• Enthusiasm for software, creativity, desire to innovate
• Knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, JS, CSS, JSP, ASP, PHP, CF) is a big plus
 
We need you to:
